Services Offered

We provide professional makeup services for individuals and events, including (but not limited to) bridal makeup, special occasions, photoshoots, one-on-one lessons, and group workshops. Additional services may include the sale of beauty-related products or digital resources such as tutorials or guides.

Booking Appointments

To secure an appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

Final payment is due on or before the date of the appointment. Accepted payment methods and deposit amounts will be clearly provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Retainers are non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment. Exceptions may apply where required by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.

  • If you need to reschedule, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. One reschedule is allowed per booking (subject to availability).

  • Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may require full payment for rebooking.

Clients Responsibilities

Clients must arrive on time and with a clean, makeup-free face unless otherwise discussed. Please disclose any allergies or skin sensitivities before the appointment. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions if relevant information is not provided in advance.

Returns and Refunds

All sales are final. However, as a Quebec resident, you are entitled to certain rights under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which grants a cooling-off period of 10 days for certain services and products purchased online. We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Makeup services rendered

  • Appointment deposits

  • Digital products (e.g., online courses, eBooks, guides)

  • Physical products (e.g., lashes, kits, or merch) due to hygiene concerns

However, if you receive a defective product or if the product was misrepresented, you may be entitled to a remedy under the CPA. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the product to request a resolution.

Travel and On-Location Services

Travel fees may apply for on-site services and will be communicated during booking. Parking or toll charges, if applicable, are the client’s responsibility.

Payment and Billing

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. The deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process and is deducted from your total balance.

Final payment is due on or before the day of your scheduled service. For larger events (such as bridal parties), full payment may be required in advance, and payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or booking confirmation.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (in person)

  • Bank transfer

Late payments may incur an additional fee and must be resolved before any services are provided. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of any deposit paid.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure payment is completed within the agreed time frame.
